I am a law firm

See how a fixed disbursement timeline and automatic fee extraction change the relationship with your client.

Workers compensation and disability

I am a Claimant

See how you get paid on a timeline you were actually told, with a choice in how it arrives.

For law firms

Speed, and a straight answer, is the
relationship.

Your client's claim settled. What they remember afterward is whether you called them with news, or they called you asking where the check is. Benefits Paid moves disbursement onto a more fixed timeline, extracts your fee automatically, and gives you the reporting to back it up, so the relationship stays proactive instead of reactive.

Common questions from law firms

Does this change how we manage or litigate the claim?

No. This only changes what happens once a claim is approved and funds are ready to disburse. We sit as the disbursement engine that empowers you and the claimant to have quicker money movement.

How does fee extraction actually work?

Your fee is calculated and deducted automatically at the point of disbursement, based on the structure you set when setting up a claimant. Then you can add any additional fees or expenses that need to be allocated at point of disbursment.

Can a client still receive a physical check?

Yes. Checks remain a fully supported option alongside every electronic method. The method of payment is now completely up to your claimant, they can choose how they receive the funds and on what timeline.

What does this cost our firm?

Talk to sales and we will scope it against your actual claim volume.

For claimants

You're owed this. You shouldn't have to guess when it shows up.

A claim being approved and a payment actually landing are two different moments, and the gap between them is usually the part nobody explains well. Benefits Paid puts your payment on an expected timeline and lets you choose how it reaches you, so you know when it is coming instead of waiting on a check to clear.

Common questions from claimants

Do I have to accept payment electronically?

No. Checks remain fully supported if that is what you prefer.

What if I don't have a bank account?

A prepaid card option is available, so a bank account is never required.

Will this change my settlement amount?

No. This only changes how and when you are paid, not the amount. All legal fees are taken out at point of disbursement and automatically so you do not have to worry about it.

Who do I contact with questions?

Your attorney's office remains your point of contact for anything about your case.
